Havas UX Academy

Establishing and running an 8-week intensive program for up-and-coming designers

Havas UX Academy is a summer internship and education program for graduate students that I designed and oversaw in 2013. For Havas, the purpose is to collaborate with up-and-coming design professionals and potential recruits. Running UX Academy was one of the most personally fulfilling opportunities I’ve ever had. It made me realize that mentoring and teaching early tenure designers is something that I cherish, and I continue to do it as much as possible to this day.

Through workshops led by Havas User Experience professionals as well as invaluable hands-on work, UX Academy taught me the entire process of designing with the user in mind.
